How To Make Sweet Potato Pie?
I have never measured sweet potato pies.
I bake my sweet potatoes, I used two very large ones. After baking I mashed them with a fork.
I added about:
– 1.5 cups of sugar
– Three eggs
– 1 1/2 sticks of butter
– 1/2 cup whole milk
– About a teaspoon of vanilla.
– Maybe 1/2 teaspoon of cloves, ginger and nutmeg, pinch of salt.
Directions:
– Mix with hand mixer. Made two pies.
– Bake for around 45 minutes or until brown on 375.
