How to make CrockPot Pineapple Pork Loin
Ingredients
3 pound Pork Loin, trimmed and fat removed
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
8 Garlic Cloves, freshly minced
¼ cup Soy Sauce
1 large can Pineapple Chunks, with the juice
½ cup Light brown sugar
Instructions
In a skillet over medium high heat, add the Olive Oil and sear the Pork Loin for 2 to 3 minutes per side
Place the Pork Loin into the Crock Pot
Rub the Pork Loin with the minced Garlic
Add in the soy sauce and can of Pineapple Chunks, along with the juice
Sprinkle the brown sugar over the top of the Pork Loin
Place the lid on the Crock Pot and cook on low heat for 4 to 6 hours. This will give you a pork loin that is easy to slice and soft
