You can even eat them on top of freshly cooked pasta if you prefer a complete meal, but for me, bread is the only way to go!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4406\" src=\"http:\/\/samyenlinhchi.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/346459621_1268970940724595_6844974793386897488_n.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"564\" height=\"752\" srcset=\"https:\/\/samyenlinhchi.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/346459621_1268970940724595_6844974793386897488_n.jpg 564w, https:\/\/samyenlinhchi.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/346459621_1268970940724595_6844974793386897488_n-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 564px) 100vw, 564px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined<\/p>\n<p>1 tablespoon pure olive oil<\/p>\n<p>2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped\u2026<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2 cups white wine, I use chardonnay<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 fresh lemon, Juice only<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon Italian seasoning<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup softened butter<\/p>\n<p>1 tablespoon parsley<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions:<\/h2>\n<p>Heat cast iron skillet and add olive oil.<\/p>\n<p>Add shrimp and cook until tender and no longer translucent, reduce heat. Remove Shrimp and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Add garlic and cook 2-3 minutes. Do not allow garlic to brown \u2013 it will make it bitter.<\/p>\n<p>Add white wine, and lemon juice.<\/p>\n<p>Cook until wine is reduced by half. After it is reduced, add Italian seasoning.<\/p>\n<p>Reduce heat to low, and add butter.
