Try this easy copycat recipe and see why!<\/p>\n<p>MEATLOAF: SIMPLE, TASTY AND COMFORTING<br \/>\nOne of the first things most people think of when they hear \u201ccomfort food\u201d is meatloaf.<\/p>\n<p>Everyone has their favorite go-to recipe for meatloaf and I always say if you ask 10 people for their favorite recipe, you\u2019d get 10 different recipes.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019ve ever been to Cracker Barrel, America\u2019s \u201ccomfort food\u201d restaurant, chances are you\u2019ve tried their meatloaf. But if you haven\u2019t, here\u2019s a chance to make one just as good as theirs right in your own kitchen!<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients:<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; 2 eggs<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 2\/3 cup milk<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 32 Ritz crackers, crushed<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1\/2 cup chopped onion<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 4 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 teaspoon salt<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1\/4 teaspoon pepper<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 1\/2 lbs ground beef<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1\/2 cup ketchup<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1\/2 cup brown sugar<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 teaspoon mustard<\/p>\n<h2>Directions:<\/h2>\n<p>1. Preheat oven to 350.<\/p>\n<p>2. Beat eggs. Add milk and crackers. Stir in onion and cheese. Add ground beef. Mix well. Shape into a loaf.<\/p>\n<p>3. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>4. Combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard to make topping. Spoon half of the topping over the meatloaf after 30 mins of baking. Return loaf to oven for 10 more mins of baking.
