Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken.<\/p>\n<p>Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast, being careful not to cut through to the other side.<\/p>\n<p>In another mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan, mayonnaise, spinach, garlic, red pepper flakes, and remaining \u00bd teaspoon of salt.
