Add in the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until everything is well combined.<\/p>\n<p>Slowly stir in the melted butter until fully incorporated, then pour the batter into the greased baking pan.<\/p>\n<p>In another mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and chopped pecans (if using). Mix everything until well combined.<\/p>\n<p>Drop spoonfuls of the cinnamon sugar filling evenly over the cake batter, then use a knife to swirl the mixture through the cake.<\/p>\n<p>Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out nearly clean.<\/p>\n<p>While the cake is baking, prepare the glaze.
