\/><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>16 ounces Spaghetti, cooked according to package directions<\/p>\n<p>12 slices thick-cut Applewood Smoked Bacon<\/p>\n<p>2 tbsp Olive Oil<\/p>\n<p>1 onion, finely chopped<\/p>\n<p>2 cloves of garlic, freshly minced<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc cup dry Vermouth<\/p>\n<p>1 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly shredded<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cup whipping cream<\/p>\n<p>4 large eggs, beaten<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp ground black pepper<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>Boil the pasta according to package directions<\/p>\n<p>Place a skillet on medium high heat and fry the bacon until crispy<\/p>\n<p>Set the bacon a a paper towel lined plate<\/p>\n<p>Reserve 2 tbsp bacon grease and discard the rest<\/p>\n<p>Chop the bacon into small pieces<\/p>\n<p>Add the onions and 1 tbsp Olive Oil into the pan with the bacon grease<\/p>\n<p>Cook the onion for 5 minutes, until translucent<\/p>\n<p>Add in the garlic and cook for 1 minute<\/p>\n<p>Add in the Vermouth and let it boil<\/p>\n<p>Add the chopped bacon and stir well<\/p>\n<p>Place the Spaghetti into a bowl and drizzle with Olive Oil<\/p>\n<p>Place the bacon onion mixture on the top of the pasta<\/p>\n<p>In a bowl
