{"id":4192,"date":"2023-04-26T07:41:40","date_gmt":"2023-04-26T00:41:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/samyenlinhchi.com\/cooking\/?p=4192"},"modified":"2023-04-26T07:41:40","modified_gmt":"2023-04-26T00:41:40","slug":"homemade-mozzarella-sticks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/samyenlinhchi.com\/cooking\/homemade-mozzarella-sticks.html","title":{"rendered":"Homemade Mozzarella Sticks"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>How to make Homemade Mozzarella Sticks<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4193\" src=\"http:\/\/samyenlinhchi.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/342876475_898912404730748_5903063261596609277_n.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"526\" height=\"691\" srcset=\"https:\/\/samyenlinhchi.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/342876475_898912404730748_5903063261596609277_n.jpg 526w, https:\/\/samyenlinhchi.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/342876475_898912404730748_5903063261596609277_n-228x300.jpg 228w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 526px) 100vw, 526px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>6 Mozzarella Sticks<\/p>\n<p>1 cup Panko or other bread crumbs<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp Italian seasoning<\/p>\n<p>2 eggs, beaten<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc black pepper, optional<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsp salt, optional<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc cup all purpose flour<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>In a small bowl, whisk the eggs<\/p>\n<p>In another bowl, combine the bread crumbs, seasoning and salt and pepper if using<\/p>\n<p>The flour is placed into a small dish by itself<\/p>\n<p>Cut each mozzarella stick into three pieces and set to the side<\/p>\n<p>One cheese piece at a time, roll it in the flour and then the egg mix, then quickly roll the stick into the breading mix<\/p>\n<p>Dip the same stick into the egg mix again and then the breading<\/p>\n<p>Using a mister, spray the Air Fryer basket with Olive Oil, do not use a non stick spray as it can damage the lining of the basket<\/p>\n<p>Place the cheese bites in a single layer of the Air Fryer basket, do not overfill the basket.
