(Plus, leftovers are freezer friendly!)<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 32 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed*<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 1 stick butter, melted<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 10.5 oz. cream of chicken soup, (cream of cheddar works too)<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 16 oz. sour cream<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 1 small onion, finely diced<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 1\/3 teaspoon pepper<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Ensure that your hash browns have thawed. (Otherwise they take a very long time to bake.)
