Sauerkraut<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd lb. Polish sausage cut into large pieces<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd C. Chicken broth<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. Caraway seeds<\/p>\n<p>1 Bay leaf<\/p>\n<p>Salt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions:<\/h2>\n<p>Place the sauerkraut into the bottom of the crockpot.<\/p>\n<p>Cover the sauerkraut with the potatoes and then the sausage.<\/p>\n<p>In a bowl, combine the broth, caraway seeds and bay leaf.<\/p>\n<p>Pour the mixture over the ingredients in the crockpot, and add salt and pepper to taste.<\/p>\n<p>Place the lid on the crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours.
