\/><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>6 Pork Loin Chops, trimmed<\/p>\n<p>2 eggs, beaten<\/p>\n<p>4 tbsp water<\/p>\n<p>1 cup flour<\/p>\n<p>2 tsp salt<\/p>\n<p>2 tsp black pepper<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsp cayenne pepper<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp ground sage<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd tbsp ground ginger<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp nutmeg<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp paprika<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp Thyme<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4 cloves garlic, freshly minced<\/p>\n<p>2 tbsp Olive Oil<\/p>\n<p>1 cup Honey<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc cup Soy Sauce<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp black pepper<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>In a bowl mix together the flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg, ginger, sage, thyme and cayenne pepper with the paprika and whisk well.<\/p>\n<p>In another bowl, beat the eggs and add water and stir together<\/p>\n<p>Dip each pork chop in the flour mixture and then into the egg mix, and once more into the flour mix.<\/p>\n<p>Press down to be sure the flour and spices adhere to the egg wash.<\/p>\n<p>Heat a skillet over medium heat with 2 tbsp of Canola Oil<\/p>\n<p>Fry the pork chops for 5 to 6 minutes per side<\/p>\n<p>Drain on a wire rack<\/p>\n<p>In a bowl combine the minced garlic, Olive Oil, honey, soy sauce and pepper<\/p>\n<p>Mix well to be assured that it is all blended<\/p>\n<p>Once drained of excess grease, dip each pork chop into the Garlic and Honey sauce<\/p>\n<p>Place on a plate and serve with your favorite side
