{"id":3498,"date":"2021-07-11T03:28:18","date_gmt":"2021-07-10T13:28:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/samyenlinhchi.com\/cooking\/?p=3498"},"modified":"2021-07-11T03:28:18","modified_gmt":"2021-07-10T13:28:18","slug":"breakfast-casserole","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/samyenlinhchi.com\/cooking\/breakfast-casserole.html","title":{"rendered":"Breakfast Casserole"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients:<\/h2>\n<p>6 cups shredded hash browns<\/p>\n<p>6 Tbsp butter, melted<\/p>\n<p>1 lb sausage, browned and drained<\/p>\n<p>2 Tbsp onions, chopped<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup green or red peppers diced<\/p>\n<p>2 cups shredded cheddar cheese<\/p>\n<p>4 large eggs<\/p>\n<p>1 cup half &amp; half or heavy cream<\/p>\n<p>A few dashes of hot sauce, I like Franks Red Hot<\/p>\n<p>salt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 425 degrees.<\/p>\n<h2>Directions:<\/h2>\n<p>Put potatoes in a bowl and pour melted butter over and stir until combined.<\/p>\n<p>Pour into 9&#215;13 dish and press to make a crust. Bake 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are crisp around the edges. Remove from oven and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Brown sausage with onions and peppers.
