I thought that it was time to get into the kitchen and make my own Egg Roll in a Bowl after my craving for Chinese food struck me like a ton of bricks!!<\/p>\n<h2>SO, WHAT INGREDIENTS WILL YOU NEED FOR THIS EGG ROLL IN A BOWL?<\/h2>\n<p>1 Lb. And half Of the ground pork.<\/p>\n<p>A yellow finely chopped onion.<\/p>\n<p>A medium bag.Of coleslaw mix with carrots.<\/p>\n<p>2 chopped green onions (diagonally).<\/p>\n<p>2 Tbsp.Of sesame oil.<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 C.Of light soy sauce.<\/p>\n<p>2 Tbsp.Of hoisin sauce.<\/p>\n<p>4 minced cloves of garlic.<\/p>\n<p>1 Tsp.Of ground ginger.<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 Tsp.Of red pepper flakes.<\/p>\n<p>Kosher salt, to taste.<\/p>\n<p>Freshly ground pepper, to taste.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FOR GARNISH:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cooked brown rice.<\/p>\n<h2>THE INSTRUCTIONS:<\/h2>\n<p>Step 1:<\/p>\n<p>I whisked together the soy sauce and the hoisin sauce in a small bowl, then I set it aside.<\/p>\n<p>Step 2:<\/p>\n<p>I cooked the ground pork in a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat until browned.<\/p>\n<p>Step 3:<\/p>\n<p>I seasoned with flakes of salt, cinnamon powder, ginger, and red pepper, then I added sesame oil.<\/p>\n<p>Step 4:<\/p>\n<p>I added the minced garlic and chopped onion and I simmer for another 8 minutes until the onion was tender.<\/p>\n<p>Step 5:<\/p>\n<p>I stirred in the combination of hoisin sauce and soy sauce, then I added in the carrots and coleslaw and roast for another 7 minutes until the cabbage is wilted.<\/p>\n<p>Step 6:<\/p>\n<p>Then I removed it from the heat.<\/p>\n<p>Step 7:<\/p>\n<p>I served it hot with rice, and I added sliced green onions for garnish.<\/p>\n<p>ENJOY IT!!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HOW TO MAKE EGG ROLL IN A BOWL?
